We utilise our market-leading proprietary SaaS to integrate, connect & promote the inventory. Tour Amigo's SaaS is a full ERP system that meets all travel operator's needs to run their business. The backend and mid-office system becomes the operator's core reservations, bookings, client CRM, supplier CRM, client financial and admin system.

Role Overview

  • Help establish and maintain QA frameworks
  • Define and implement robust and scalable test strategies
  • Lead by example in championing for quality, reliability, and usability

Key Responsibilities:

  • Helping to ensure our software releases are of a high quality through various types of automated and manual testing.
  • Identifying bugs and possible failures early in the development process to minimise any release concerns
  • Conduct a range of test activities (including but not limited to functional, regression, integration & exploratory)
  • Manage the defect lifecycle, including identifying, logging, tracking, and verifying bugs in collaboration with the development team
  • Develop QA documentation
  • Support 1st line support team with triaging

Key Skills:

  • 5+ years in QA.
  • In-depth knowledge of QA tools, frameworks, and best practices
  • A passion for quality and a continuous improvement mindset
  • Playwright - Not essential, but is a bonus
  • Travel system development experience would be an advantage

Role Overview

As an Account Executive, you must be determined and committed to winning new clients (tour operators, cruises, destination management companies, travel agents and tourism boards). You will understand the problems experienced by companies in this industry and be equipped to provide them with the solution they've been searching for… which Tour Amigo has already built.
The role will include, but not be limited to, following up and closing existing leads, attending and networking at domestic, regional and international trade shows, collaborating on marketing campaigns, and fostering strategic partnerships to drive new client acquisition.
It is important to know this is not a standard 9-5 role. Tour Amigo is a digital-first company, and therefore, you will need to enjoy working remotely, on the road and autonomously. As a result, you will have the flexibility to manage your own hours, and you will be incentivised and empowered to drive your own success with the support of the Tour Amigo global team.
It is essential to have a startup mentality, be passionate about technology/ SaaS and be excited to make a significant long-term impact on the travel industry. You will be involved in multiple parts of the business with the primary focus on developing regional growth sales strategies, and action plans and pioneering change throughout the industry. Your success in executing these strategies will be instrumental in achieving our demanding sales targets and contributing to the overall success of Tour Amigo.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Position the value of Tour Amigo's software for small to medium-sized businesses.
  • Educate and guide prospects through the buyer's journey to help them learn how Tour Amigo can grow their business.
  • Understand the prospect's pain points, and collaborate with Client Success teams to deliver a solutions-focused product to prospective clients.
  • Manage a pipeline of inbound and self-sourced leads to identify, engage, and develop relationships with potential buyers.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product departments to execute sales strategy as the company introduces enhancements to existing solutions and/or releases new products.
  • Bring your thinking, strategies, and ideas to advance our company's values, unique culture, and vision for the future.
  • Seize opportunities to negotiate with some of the largest travel and technology companies in the world.
  • Represent Tour Amigo at trade shows and events across the globe.

Desired Skills:

  • Minimum 1+ years' experience in Business Development, Sales and/or Partnerships at a B2B tech, Software, and/or startup business.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
  • Proven ability to analyze sales data, client trends, and industry insights to drive decision-making.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain lasting client and supplier relationships.
  • Experience in effectively utilizing CRM tools, preferably Pipedrive / HubSpot.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for impactful presentations and proposals.
  • English language is essential. Additional languages would be a significant advantage.
  • Remote working with flexible hours but must be willing to travel to meet colleagues or clients which may involve overnight stays.

Role Overview

As a Client Solutions Manager, your primary responsibility is to ensure that Tour Amigo’s clients (tour operators, cruises, DMCs) and strategic partners (OTAs, tourism boards, travel agents) experience the full benefits of our technology. You will participate in sales calls as the systems expert, lead client onboarding, facilitate training, and manage long-term relationships to drive retention, growth, and overall success. You will also play a crucial role in gathering client feedback, recommending product enhancements, and working closely with our product and sales teams to deliver a seamless experience.

This is a client-facing, solution-oriented role, ideal for someone who enjoys building long-term relationships, solving challenges, and contributing to the success of both clients and the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Onboarding & Success: Lead smooth and timely onboarding of clients, ensuring all users are well-trained on Tour Amigo's software and tools. Support them through implementation, activation, and adoption.
  • Training & Support: Develop and deliver customized training through webinars, articles, videos, and live demos, ensuring clients fully understand and utilize our platform's features. Be the first line of support for any queries or challenges.
  • Build Long-Term Relationships: Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with clients by regularly engaging them through scheduled check-ins, product updates, and strategic guidance to optimize their use of Tour Amigo's solutions.
  • Client Retention & Renewal: Maintain a proactive approach to client success, identifying opportunities to upsell additional services and ensuring timely renewals. Work closely with clients to minimize churn and increase recurring revenue.
  • Gather Feedback & Drive Product Enhancements: Actively seek client feedback, identify pain points, and collaborate with the product and development teams to suggest improvements that better meet clients' evolving needs.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Provide regular client performance reports, using analytics to highlight successes, uncover new opportunities, and showcase the impact of Tour Amigo's technology.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Serve as the bridge between clients and internal teams. Coordinate with product, engineering, and sales to resolve issues, suggest product improvements, and contribute to overall client satisfaction.
  • Global Representation: Represent Tour Amigo at industry trade shows and events, building awareness and networking with potential partners and clients on a global scale.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Client Success or Implementation Experience: Proven experience in a client-facing role within a B2B SaaS company or travel tech sector. Demonstrated ability to manage onboarding and drive long-term client success.
  • Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a track record of building and maintaining lasting client relationships.
