Tour Amigo is an exciting and innovative travel tech business specializing in multi-day tour and DMC technology, software (SaaS), and distribution. Tour Amigo is the first company globally to dedicate this type of technology to the multi-day tour industry, and is striving to be the leader in tour technology globally.

The SDR’s responsibilities include developing regional growth sales strategies and action plans. Successful execution of these strategies is required to achieve sales targets. The SDR will be responsible for hitting annual regional targets and contributing to the ongoing success of the global sales team. 

Key focuses and responsibilities are: 

  • Driving top of funnel sales opportunities - Generate new sales leads through various sales-related activities 
  • Own and achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales and retention targets through new business acquisition, retaining clients, and driving revenue from existing customers
  • Achieve company objectives through sales goals, customer data, bookings trends, and industry insights
  • Manage & maintain the regional sales pipeline through Pipedrive (CRM)
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base - be as fun and innovative as you like!
  • Opportunities to negotiate with the largest travel companies in the world
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer & supplier relationships
  • Effectively communicate the Tour Amigo value proposition through proposals and sales presentations
  • Influence product design, functionalities, and features
  • Represent Tour Amigo at trade shows & events across globally
  • Guerilla marketing and business tactics and strategies

CSM are proactive, client-facing, system champions. Someone that knows Tour Amigo’s products inside out and will be responsible for dealing with our customers (don’t worry, they’re awesome). CSM are responsible for client onboarding/implementation, technical support, client liaison on new feature releases and sales support. 

A CSM focus is on ensuring that customers are getting the most out of our software. This involves quality communication between the CSM and customer and ensuring any questions or concerns are answered efficiently. CSM are pivotal to shaping our technology and our product roadmap. The role requires you to provide updates to customers on the product roadmap, while collating customer suggestions and communicating them with the COO/CTO. Aside from the product, CSM are tasked with the seamless onboarding of clients, and transitioning them to ongoing active users.

Key focuses and responsibilities are: 

  • Responsible for all aspects of the product delivery to customers
  • Onboarding and communication
  • Nurturing the relationships with a commercial focus 
  • Responsible for all customer success, retention, and upselling
  • Addressing immediate concerns and providing assistance to customers
  • Raising tickets to engineering teams for technical issues
  • Collate customer product feedback to contribute to product development
  • Lead the strategy and roll out of onboarding tasks that need to be automated
  • Identify problems and roadblocks with current processes and implement successful solutions
  • Contribute to manuals, guides, articles and various materials that showcase the software and lead to customer success
  • Provide reporting and analytics of the results of the partnership to be used in case studies and general business data

This role does not require code or database knowledge/involvement.
