Role Overview
As an Account Executive, you must be determined and committed to
winning new clients (tour operators, cruises, destination
management companies, travel agents and tourism boards). You
will understand the problems experienced by companies in this
industry and be equipped to provide them with the solution
they've been searching for… which Tour Amigo has already built.
The role will include, but not be limited to, following up and
closing existing leads, attending and networking at domestic,
regional and international trade shows, collaborating on
marketing campaigns, and fostering strategic partnerships to
drive new client acquisition.
It is important to know this is not a standard 9-5 role. Tour
Amigo is a digital-first company, and therefore, you will need
to enjoy working remotely, on the road and autonomously. As a
result, you will have the flexibility to manage your own hours,
and you will be incentivised and empowered to drive your own
success with the support of the Tour Amigo global team.
It is essential to have a startup mentality, be passionate about
technology/ SaaS and be excited to make a significant long-term
impact on the travel industry. You will be involved in multiple
parts of the business with the primary focus on developing
regional growth sales strategies, and action plans and
pioneering change throughout the industry. Your success in
executing these strategies will be instrumental in achieving our
demanding sales targets and contributing to the overall success
of Tour Amigo.

Role Overview
As a Client Solutions Manager, your primary responsibility is to ensure that Tour Amigo’s clients (tour operators, cruises, DMCs) and strategic partners (OTAs, tourism boards, travel agents) experience the full benefits of our technology. You will participate in sales calls as the systems expert, lead client onboarding, facilitate training, and manage long-term relationships to drive retention, growth, and overall success. You will also play a crucial role in gathering client feedback, recommending product enhancements, and working closely with our product and sales teams to deliver a seamless experience.
