Role Overview

  • Create and maintain quality standard operating functions.
  • Ensure minimal production defects by managing and assisting manual and automated test engineers.
  • Create company-wide QA metrics and reporting dashboards.
  • Create and manage manual and automated test case documentation.
  • Establish user personas in collaboration with clients and the product team.
  • Document and thoroughly execute Acceptance Tests.
  • Hands-on approach to testing exercises as required.
  • Participate in all development/product meetings and be able to contribute to prioritisation of workload.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and any stakeholder in the business to resolve testing issues.
  • Mentor both QA and development team members.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by and not limited to:
    • Reviewing professional publications.
    • Benchmarking and reviewing up-to-date practices and technologies.
    • Collaborating with professional connections and personal networks.

Experience:

  • Software Quality Assurance experience with SaaS technology.
  • Proven leadership capabilities within Quality Assurance.
  • Quality reporting, test case management and defect tracking.
  • Continuous Delivery life cycle.
  • Travel system experience would be an advantage.

We are looking for a Python Test Engineer to join our team and help us drive our goal of delivering high-quality software.

You should have expertise in writing various types of automated tests, including unit, integration, end-to-end, and regression.

Our team is located around the globe, so this is a fully remote position working closely with our core engineering team in the UK.

QA Testers

We are looking for manual quality assurance testers with a keen eye for detail and the ability to think outside of the box when it comes to software testing.

You will play an essential role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our SaaS software product. You will work closely with the QA Manager and development team to identify and report bugs, develop test cases and perform manual testing to ensure our products meet the highest quality standards.

  • Test multiple versions of the mobile and website applications to ensure they meet quality standards for clients.
  • Identify defects and bugs and liaise with developers to resolve them.
  • Create test cases and test scripts based on user stories and requirements.
  • Track defects and help troubleshoot errors.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure software meets user requirements and is delivered on time.
  • Perform regression testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for products.
  • Contribute to first-level support via an automated ticketing system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Help to develop and maintain testing infrastructure within the business for efficient testing with the QA Manager.

Role Overview

This is a unique opportunity to join a scaling travel tech startup and you need to be passionate about travel, technology and having a significant long-term impact on the travel industry. As a Client Success Manager you will be responsible for Tour Amigo's software demos, onboarding and implementing new B2B clients (tour operators, cruises, DMCs) and strategic partnerships (OTAs, tourism boards, travel agents). Your role is to build long term relationships and be the first line of support.

This will include, but limited to, proactively scheduling training, structuring and organising the onboarding process, attending and networking at domestic and international trade shows.
